Available service

These terms concern website use and the free beta. The portfolio supports up to five positions and available tools. The Premium label and proposed €3.99/month price do not activate a subscription or authorise charges.

Account and responsible use

Provide accurate data, protect credentials and report unauthorised access. Do not use the service to impersonate others, access other accounts, introduce malicious code or redistribute third-party data without permission.

Portfolio data is entered by the user. Check symbol, exchange, currency, quantity and price. A simulation using a manual price is not a verified quote and does not necessarily include fees, taxes or currency effects.

Opinions and availability

Opinions and scenarios explain assumptions and risks; they do not guarantee returns. Current data or company coverage may be missing. Maintenance or faults may interrupt the platform; continuous availability is not guaranteed. No liability required by law is excluded.

Future subscriptions

Live payments are not enabled. Before purchase, the operator, total price and taxes, billing period, renewal, included features, cancellation and applicable withdrawal rights will be shown. Stripe tests are not real purchases. Using the beta does not require waiving consumer rights.

Closure, complaints and changes

You can request account closure or report issues to info@marketimpactinvest.com. Data erasure follows the privacy policy. Material service changes will be communicated through available channels and will not retroactively remove acquired rights.

These terms are interpreted under applicable Spanish and European law without excluding mandatory protections or applicable consumer jurisdiction.
